Sea bass (75%), king prawns (prawns, water, salt), sunblush tomato butter (butter, sunblush tomatade (sunblush tomato, sunflower oil, olive oil, salt, oregano, tomato concentrate, sugar, garlic, citric acid), rosemary, sage, thyme, tarragon, maize starch, cracked black pepper, sea salt, garlic puree), dill.

WARNING:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.

COOKING GUIDELINES

For best results, cook from frozen.
OVEN BAKE:Remove film lid & lightly brush with olive oil, place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 25 minutes.
For fan assisted ovens or combination ovens, please refer to your manufacturers handbook & adjust the cooking times accordingly.

STORAGE GUIDELINES

Keep Frozen at –18°C or below. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
