INGREDIENTS

Potato (35%), milk (16%), cream (14%), salmon & smoked haddock (11%) (salmon, smoked haddock (haddock, salt, colours: turmeric, annatto)), king prawns (7%) (prawns, water, salt), unsalted butter (5%), onion (2%), spinach (2%), water, wheat flour, modified waxy maize starch, vegetable bouillon (sea salt, potato starch, yeast extract, palm oil, celery, onion, maltodextrin, sugar, herbs and spices), salt, white pepper, parsley.

Contains: fish, crustaceans, milk, celery, wheat & gluten. Manufactured in a factory where nuts are used.

WARNING:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.

COOKING GUIDELINES

For best results, cook from frozen.
OVEN BAKE:Remove film lid & place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 45-50 minutes.
MICROWAVE (800W): Pierce film lid & microwave on medium power for 12 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Microwave on full power for a further 7 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
For fan assisted ovens or combination ovens, please refer to your manufacturers handbook & adjust the cooking times accordingly.

STORAGE GUIDELINES

Keep Frozen at –18°C or below. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
